Simply compare your measurements with H&M's measurement table in order to find your size.
Remember that different garments in the same size can vary in their fit,
depending on whether they are a loose or tight model.
All sizes at H&M follow international standards.

A: Measure around the widest part of your bust, preferably with a bra on
B: When buying a bra you need to take the measurement below your bust. Pull the tape tightly.
C: Waist
D: Your seat is the widest part of your hips.
E: The inside leg is measured from crotch to floor

Jeans sizes are often given in inches, e.g. 30/32. The first figure is the waist measurement and the second is the inside leg.

Conversion of inches to centimetres.

• 25" = 64 cm
• 26" = 66 cm
• 27" = 69 cm
• 28" = 71 cm
• 29" = 74 cm
• 30" = 76 cm
• 31" = 79 cm
• 32" = 81 cm
• 33" = 84 cm
• 34" = 86 cm
• 36" = 92 cm
• 38" = 97 cm

Bra ชุดชั้นใน

The number in the bra size refers to the measurement under your bust. Pull the tape tightly around your body below the bust and if it is an odd number add 5 inches, if it is an even number add 6 inches. E.g. actual measurement 29"+ 5"=sz 34" or actual measurement 30"+ 6"=sz 36". The letter in the bra size refers to the cup.

The sizes with the same colour have the same cup size.

Example: If you tried on size 34A but the bra is too loose around the body, try 32B instead. This has the same cup size but is smaller around the body.

Example: If you tried on size 34A but the cup feels too small, try 34B instead. This has the same measurement around the body but the cup is larger.
